We just posted 2 units that will be coming up in June: a 2 Bedroom with a Garage available in North Pacific Beach and a second story 1 Bedroom with peek water view and assigned offstreet parking in Bankers Hill / Little Italy.

We also expect to have several units coming up in June—a BirdRock La Jolla 2 Bedroom, a large Crown Point one bedroom and Sudios and One Bedrooms in North Pacific Beach near Tourmaline Surf Park.

We also expect to have a Mission Beach studio in mid June or July. We also expect a Mission Beach One bedroom steps to the sand in July or August.

Please note that the One Bedroom on Law Street and the One Bedroom on Sapphire in North Pacific Beach have been rented. We have also rented the 2 studios in Mission Beach.
